I think it is the same Lucas. I was at a rally at Reed Skate Park some time ago when Lucas got arrested. Funny I just applied at a company that makes skate ramps and coping for skateparks. I read in the newspaper a short time after Lucas got arrested that the whole reason that bikes weren;t allowed was because the concrete was 4000psi and the designer said that it wouldn't hold BMX. The owner of this company said motorcycles could drive on that concrete, and 4000psi concrete is ovrkill 4 sktprks
