Easby Guest House

How I wish that this is how our Easby Guest House experience was like! I dream't of that roaring log fire while shivering in the bed at Easby as there was no heating in the room. My request for heating was treated as being 'demanding'. I never saw the pub or any type of recreation area despite enquiring as to where we could sit whilst waiting for dinner. So confined to our cold rooms we were for the 2 hours before dinner. We could not wait to get out of Easby in the morning!

Why on earth would you hang out in the room for 2 hours? There is always a fire burning in the dining room in the Winter, why didn't you just go and sit there?

I've been to Easby (obviously) and my experience is totally different fro yours. There is a communal fireplace and electric blankets. What more did you expect at R300? I was impressed with what I got for very little money - the food alone was worth it.

I have been back and will go again.
