@PatchCornAdams721 I disagree. There's a utility for everything. A logo, as I'm sure you know, should work in black and white as well, and should aim to only use 3 colours.

Logos should be kept simple but effective, so, if need be, a skilled user of Illustrator can recreate or trace the original, large, PSD.

If the end destination for the logo is and only ever will be for the web, then there's no harm in using Photoshop. But it should be made very large with vector lines, just in case.
