  • I wouldn't be upset if this camera had been on a tripod. :) Well done.

  • The song is Crash by 12 Stones.

  • this is so sick i love seeing him progress like that!

  • evryone has their own style nice job man your not gonna get better by sitting on a computer watching in slow motion like the dude below me says just get out their and practice more youll be teachin evryone else how to whip

  • PLEAS,u lean the bike or you just turn with bars

  • @piprik You push the back out with your legs using the pedals. Then you center your body back and the back should come back on it's own.

  • your whips are pretty sick

  • wow! thats awsome how much you improved throghout those days! good for you man!

  • where in amarillo is this track?

  • Day or Year For Learn ??

    Tell Me?

  • Here is another tip A flat whipping pro gave me. Approach the jump at a slight angle like you're gonna jump off the track, then lean and turn straight as you go up the jump face. This kinda forces you to get over the fear of leaning over on the jump face. And another comment i saw here that is correct, the harder and further you whip the bike, the harder and faster it will come back straight. Also practice putting your front tire down slightly before your rear. You can land a bit sideways

  • Here's a tip that helped me a lot. you may need a little computer experience though. Find some of the best whipping videos you can from all angles. Download them to your computer, then play them back with media playback software that will do super slow motion. That way you can see exactly and clearly what is happening on the jump face and the body position changes in the air. Hope this helps you like it did me.

  • whats the song were listning to here? its good stuff.

  • learned to whip on a 85 now whipping on a 250 two stroke funnest bike too whip

  • im learning to whip too thanks so much for the vid cant wate to get on the track again

  • Siiiiiiicccccckkkk! Looks awesome.

  • song name?

  • your sick man. you got skills. i like your style. keep going

  • @17capriati your not fully comiting to doing the whip you are just turning the bars instead of leaning and throwing the bike a bit

  • damn dude those whips you were throwing at the end where awesome that looks like a really fun jump to man props!

  • ok help me out here. i find it when i tryto scrub my bike goes the oposite way i want it to go. and i have not attempted to whip yet. explain to me what i should be doing with my legs/arms/anything i should be using to get my fucking bike sideways!

    thanks

  • Dang, my one regret is never learning these when I had a bike.

  • good job man. on the third day you really improved they look amazing. (:

  • Awesome!

  • were is it at

  • That's sick dude! Congratulations... Amazing progress in just 3 days!! BRAAAAAAAAAPP

  • Cool progression video man, I bet you've gotten a lot better now.

  • great vid... can u give me some tips on the basics of whipping?

  • vury vury nice bro!!!

  • pretty good vid.(like the song in the backround;nickleback right?) sweet track

  • 1:54 Badass!

  • keep leg closer to the bike it looks gay, your leg is way to far out

  • 1:43

    little kid hitting the jump

  • I learned to whip in like a week on my 2010 crf250r. Just takes time and dedication. If it takes you more than a few weeks then you have some serious confidence probllems..

  • looks like more of a scrub than a whip. nice work either way!

  • Made a new video

  • Quick Learner ! Respect

  • haha i love it how he was beginning to do whips then he pulls of a indian air

  • Damn your learn quickly!

  • i will give you 400 bucks to teach me how to whip...

  • @FMXndMXismylife or you could spend 0$ commit to it. and learn

  • @BakedBroadcasting well this was a joke, more of an "Your awesome context" but i get your point by the way put up some vids of you and your friends adventures i would like that haha

  • props dude u came along ways in 3 days. excellent whips were looking good

  • I think its possible to learn a whip in 3 days! nice whips man!

  • Sems very good, and its very cool becus you didnt had so much time to train ;) very good, almost 90o ;)

when i training on whips i did 90grades first whip i did XD

  • mint vid!! keep up the great work!!

  • i like your style to whip

  • thats unreal man great job

  • dude kool vid but r u serius 3 days but simeone told me that u juts use ur lege squeze the bike and turn ur handlebars fast but u guys r on 250s and 450s im on a crf 150 r big wheel so its kinda harder for me to get the air but dude that was a kool vid ur foot out looks pretty sick BRAPPPP!!!

  • how big are those jumps in feet? and how big of a jump would be good to learn to whip on?

  • @1800partyboy The jump is a "step up" where the landing is higher than the take off. This is the very best type of jump to learn a whip on because it reduces the risk. You can start to learn a whip on a single, but to really get a decent whip you will need about 60 feet.

  • @bnyfe1 thanks dude

  • loool nice job men 3 days =)) best =)))

  • dang, how many pairs of boots do you have? id use the red ones u had at the begining more than the white ones that u used on day three

  • nice video looks good

  • Nice dude! Your whip looks pretty bad ass now

  • cool video...im trying to learn but i've only been riding for 2 years, im an average rider but i wish i could whip so bad, i just havnt got the balls to lean off enough!

  • well done mate you came on very well , keep it up !

  • that jump is PERFECT!

  • nice man, and thats like the most perfect jump to learn them off =p.

  • It doesn't take long to learn to wip guys. this dude put in the effort to do so, so dont try to rain on his parade.

Nice job man. two bits of advice. Lean more centered on the bike, and keep your legs together on the bike. It makes it look more badass, and it helps to get more vertical than just horizontal.

  • this is gonna sound weird but last time a tried some little wips, i felt i could controll more my jumps and landing

  • thats awsome man keep them comin

  • very very nice job

how do you bring the bike back?

  • @PADDY9T3 The bike should naturaly come back itself the only thing you can do to help it is pullm back with your right leg ( thats if your whipping left of course )

  • @PADDY9T3

The bike will naturally bring itself back as long as your body is centered. Don't fight it. It should be one fluid motion.

  • @TheBlackshoes17 haha not if your pulling a while like jarryd mcneil

  • Great progress, I wish we had tracks like that where I live!!

  • @MotoX179

same. No tracks at all in the entire country

do have a nice desert though, but the lack of the luxury of a landing ramp makes decent jumps hard.

  • When you whip, does the bike bring itself back and is it hard to whip it around in midair, like the required strength?

  • nice looking whips man pretty soon u will be upside down

  • they were awesome man nice going you really got that good in 3 days ?

  • basicly i ate shit enough times goin sideways not trying to that i can now i can control it

  • Nice improvement! Keep it up

  • whips arent that hard!! i reckon i tried doing them when i was 5 years old on my KTM 50!..i can get good 90 degrees turndowns now!!! it all takes practice!! good vid buddy :)

  • good job. whipping really isnt that hard. one trick is to make sure you have extra speed to transfer your forward momentum into a whip.

  • i remember my 1st time attempting a whip, it was actually pretty smooth and perfect, but damn its so scary before you do it, it felt like i was in the air in forever! but its the scariest trick to learn cuz sometimes the bike doesnt wanna be your bestfriend (; trust me.

  • shit that is quick to learn it that good, I ride a mountain bike, and it has taken me about 6 months to get it, I am still a bit shakey sometimes, and I reckon on an mx bike it will be harder, props really inspiring

  • do you need to be flexible ?

  • @Benno36ify Well, not too much. If you can turn your torso sideways fast and have your lower body stay normal, you can do it fine. Even if you cant move your back side to side at all you can do a whip, it just takes a lot more effort.

  • That is really how fast it happens with the learning process sometimes. You see my videos and I have only been riding for 4 months now and I am already trying to whip, race, and this weekend get into FMX. I see it as a thing of: "I want to do anything and everything to make it to the next level."

  • holy crap. u got real good at it

  • dude thts awsom

  • nice! i got the part down off the jump. i just have trouble bringing it back. and i want to be able to beffore i whip further out.

  • i kinda agree the riding style is different

  • u needa try rolling ur tire off the lip of the jump .i leared to whip in like a day on a big ass step up and ive gotten pretty good at it,just a tip and nice video

  • Nice man!

Id kill for a set up like that to practice on.

  • how'd u learn did u have somoone teach u or what? what vid on youtube would u recomend for someone trying to learn?

  • nice

  • filming seemed to get worse as whips got better

  • wow 3 days :O im going to try this

  • respect..

  • props man.. major props.

  • if u learned that quick than good for you :-) it took me about a summer of riding every weekend to learn. You are already better than me lol.....nice vid

  • decent effort

  • Do you jus lean left and pull right? cuz i cant seem to get this down. It looks like your pinning it in 2nd or 3rd gear and leanin but i cant get myself to lean sideways off the tip of the jump in fear of not straightening up

  • Thats badass dude... I honestly dont have the balls to whip like that yet lol..

I've been at it for almost 5 months, and i'm still at your day one lol...

I can put down triples but not whip..

  • haha thats wat i do throw leg out 1st and bike goes out to it

  • BEASTTT

  • It takes about 3 days if you arent scared of jumps . It took me about 4 days only due to the fact the 450 2010 is different. Track times is like 20 bucks dude any one can go and do that again and again its not that hard.

To whip like a pro takes weeks and what you learn if you ride is that its all control and once your in the moment you will go further and further

  • nice whips at least your trying but im still learning and i do mine different but i can do mine almost sideways in the air if i tried

  • hahah nice bro!!! fuck i wanna be able to whip in three days.

  • i'm sorry... i really don't think that that is the same person over and over and if it was then who here honestly has the time, money, and patience to go to a track and whip over and over again. i mean honestly THAT'S ALOT OF TIME! anyways, i don't wanna rain on all of or guys's parade but i just don't beleive it i have heard to many comments below about how it takes them 2 months, (and even a year) to beleive that it only takes 3 three days to whip like a damn pro. otherwise, great vid Brappp!

  • @motomachine1 well im sorry too but your a jackass. nuff said. thanks tho :)

  • @channingw1107 hey can u tell me how to whip

  • @channingw1107 i dissagree with motochine. money and patience dont play much of a roll. 3 days at a track isnt that much money. and patience shouldnt be a problem if your dedicated to getting something down. when i started whipping it took me about 5 days (vacation down in texas) but i didnt go whip after whip after whip. i would do a little whip session then hang out with locals and have some practice motos and what not. then go back to whipping.

  • @channingw1107 that is not a whip like a pro ......

  • @channingw1107 Yea i had been riding for a little over a year and had the whip down second day at the track. Just takes understanding and commitment. Their not that bad.

  • @channingw1107 wow i didnt know that motocross riders had such soft skin... jeeze i heard more disrespecting comments on the guy's whip than i had in my single comment... so i was a little skeptical? and? believe all you want but reading all of these half -assed comments with no editing skills (or riding skills for that matter), it isnt gonna change my mind. at least now i know who is sucking channingw1107's cock.... BRAAAAAAP

  • @motomachine1 I was skeptical when I read the title, I can't whip for crap but think about it; first the guy has enough experience to clear that jump at the beginning, hes decent on a bike second that's the perfect jump to learn on and I think under those conditions, with good riders to learn from and 3 days with my mind set on whipping I would be able to whip well...maybe not that well, but he definitely just inspired me to try. Sick vid.

  • @motomachine1 WTF ARE U TALKIN ABOUT???? it took me about a week to learn to whip. if it takes someone a year to learn how to whip then they are polly a pussy and dont even know how to jump yet

  • @motomachine1 ummm some people suck and aren't confident enough to actually go all out.

and not EVERYONE is the same. if this guy really put his mind to doing a whip good then he of corse could do it in 3 days. like i said, it takes confidence

  • @motomachine1 i believe its called DEDICATION

  • @motomachine1 I have to disagree. it took me two days to learn how to whip like that. braaaap. long live two strokes

  • @motomachine1 You're a freaking moron. People have learned a backflip in ONE DAY! Goddamn you are stupid. If you know how to jump, adjusting to throwing the bike around in the air and whipping just takes some dedicated practice on one jump like shown here. Damn some of you internet trolls are real morons! I bet you ride a quad don't you!! haha

  • @StreetFighter85 no he rode dirtbikes til he broke his femur. now he just rides minis.

  • @motomachine1 disbelieving is the best compliment!

  • @motomachine1 im sorry but it doesnt take long to learn to whip when i started to try it took me 2 days of riding to learn to whip granted i didnt have it mastered but they were pretty decent

  • @motomachine1 I learned in 6 jumps, why couldn't he learn in 3 days of?

  • @motomachine1 He didnt learn to ride a bike in 3 days, look at his jumps before the whips, he obviously knows the physics of a bike and so has picked it up quick..... Great jumps, good whipping dude!!

  • @motomachine1 your a fucking dick pussy nigger toucher

  • @motomachine1 Its not that hard though... I learned to do it in a hour, I did it by mistake, and with in a hour I was doing whips off of every jump, if there is anything that takes a long time to learn, its the scrub, that took me several track rides, and I still have yet to perfect it.

  • @motomachine1 maybe he like to practive whips why is that a problem. I find it more fun trying whips and doing jumps than actually going round the track, your just a cock fart.

  • @motomachine1 hes not even whiping like a damn pro what is wrong with you, or maybe u come to realise it might be his own track and he does have the time to practice everyday, i have my own track, that i can go to whenever i like, and practice my shit, as u see the day goes from sunny to night time in that vid, it is learly possible u cna whip like that i depends who u are getting taught from and how far u are willing to push your limit, i learnt this in the same amount of time. pushing limitis.

  • Comment removed

  • @Xntrik1ne you should push the limits that your highschool dropout knowledge gave you and learn to spell

  • @MLGxDiGiTaLFear hahaha yeah you know im right so you hate on grammer

yeah good call bro, maybe you should take another 5 months to think of a good reply like that

fucking tool, hating on people just becase they are whipping. get real peasant

  • @MLGxDiGiTaLFear lol great comeback bro, that just shows you know im right and your wrong

fucking idiot. just jelous of somone that can ride better then you

    IF you ride at all

peace out. study that one fag

  • @Xntrik1ne you really brought up a 3 week old argument? i didnt reply because your a waste of time and space, so saying that, im blocking you and adding you to the good old ignore list.

  • @motomachine1 hes obviosly hiting the track and then there video taping it at the one jump. and he abviosly has the time and money to whip over and over again

  • Comment removed

  • dude thats awesome. im going to a track this week sometime and i think i might try to learn to whip. I didnt think u were going to be very good at the end of day one but man by day three u really got it down.

  • great video! i need to just start doing this for practice go over and over till i get it.. im still working on it

  • my biggest problems conquering the fear of it not straightening out cuz its happened too many times.

  • @kawitwofiddy i completely understand that. i broke my tibia and fibula a month ago learning how to scrub. Same principle as whipping pretty much only a lot lower and a lot faster. i didn't get it straightened out all the way.

  • @channingw1107 damn that blows big time. i whip standing and i prolly need to sit down.

  • @kawitwofiddy It is alot esier sitting than standing...when sitting it seems like its esier to control but be careful when sitting u dont preload to much and get bounced off ur pegs and eat shit...

  • @16ryanb which way did you learn to whip? and yea my friend did that and got a concussion

  • @kawitwofiddy i just started doing goon whips but ima put some vids of my whip now...its sick...and i got good by just commiting and sitting down....i watched chad reeds video

  • @16ryanb which one is reeds vid? ive seen a lot but not that one.

  • @kawitwofiddy not chad reed i meant ricky charmichael...my bad...

  • @16ryanb ohh yea ive seen that one
