I don't read notes and I am not a musician, but the musical backing is captivating and idescribably beautiful.

I noticed it a long time ago, in fact in the January of 1969. when I bought the LP "Diana Ross & the Supremes Join the Temptations".

It was a first song on a B-side and released as a single it reached only Nr. 25 on Billboard chart. It deserved to be a top-ten hit.

Although I like the Miracles, this version with the voices of Diana & the Temps is unbeatable.
