I've killed the patient (it appeared, I performed the action) but the mission doesn't get completed. What's going on, does anyone know?

@KahnOliver There are dummy patients in the 3 of the 4 rooms, with the cult leader residing in only one of the rooms. The way I could tell the difference was that the leader is the only patient who is bald. This is also the reason why Orlando viewed one of the wards from the top window, i guess.

@KahnOliver well, you just completed the first objective. The second objective is to escape the island, after you do that, the mission will get completed.

that dude that looks like the hitman he is a suicide bomber but he doesn't actually die when you go into the last room where he runs into he disappears but when you go to the end of the room not right to the end press the shoot button and your guy will swing the gun but not shoot like he is still there

This game is so god damn annoying. The guard on second floor just looks at me and starts following me, no way to lose him, he eventually catches up and starts shooting. And yea I don't run and have my disguise on.

i did and i know about the explosives i had invincibility on. i just wasnt sure if he was the same guy in St. Petersburg Revisited

You can turn the gamma correction to maximum (i.e 2.0) then you don't have to use a nightvision to see in the dark.

actually you can run into it, but if you do, then theres a shitload of explosives and you die, not worth it on such a tough mission

Yeah, he shot at me from beneath the stairs near the beginning section of the level, and he plants a bomb in a room of which he runs into, hoping you'd re-trace his steps.

He's invincible, I went after him many times, emptying an m60, giving him a custom rifle's headshot and wired him, he just ran on and I ended up wiring thin air. Perhaps a negative easter egg?

I actually went back to the level on my saved game and there is are 2 AK47s, 1 UZI, and sniper rifle there. But of course I played on Normal difficulty, not professional.
