  • I have a guitar like that given to me by yamaha they're quite nice aren't they :D

You play it beautifully :D :D :D KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!!!

  • Coming from a bassist. Amazing!! Bravo!!

  • @Sanchjoh123 Thanks and very much appreciated. But I was listening to it yesterday and thought the backing needs much more motion in it, including a much more attention to the bass line. I'll try and get around to it. Thanks, Andy B

  • can you teach me to play like that? Beautiful! \o/

  • @leoowww Yes I can. Absolutely!

  • great tune, great playing, great sound - what more could you ask for? thanks for sharing! love to see folks making real music instead of all this mindless metal shredding or boring blues licks wanking that you hear much to often on youtube...

  • @frankie28web Thanks. Me too!

  • freakin nice guitar

  • 2:25 - 2:28 that's something

  • @rezarahardian Thanks

  • When using it powered by batteries --what kind and how many?

  • @micmoable The small rectangular ones called PP9 in the UK and one. Lasts for hundreds of hours

  • how much is a guitar like that?

  • @micmoable UK prices are around £525. They are advertised as travel or silent practice guitars, but they are great amplified for live work and for recording

  • GOOD

  • @micmoable Thank you. Your channel is good.

  • @andybrotherton1

    THIS IS AMAZING

you really can play well= i love hearing this. where did you get the backing tracks ?

    how did you learn this?

  • @josimonkeyman Sorry I mised your question in my first reply. I am self taught, for 42 years. Regards, Andy B

  • Comment removed

  • @josimonkeyman Hi and thanks for your comment. It seems to have been removed! I appreciate your kind words. The backing track is my own. I use these backing tracks for live & recorded playing. Regards, Andy B

  • @trulynot Thanks very much. I always appreciate kind words. Regards, Andy B

  • Wah, I absolutely LOVE how the middle parts of his guitar are the same exact color as his shirt! Oh wait...

  • @TheChewyChimchar Still saving up to get the rest of the guitar! And a better shirt!

  • Amazing :D

  • @Kruskebunken Thanks much appreciated

  • Very nice man, are you using a chorus effect on the chords? I would like to hear it sans any effects haha, but i am loving your phrasing - truly beautiful. if you get some time maybe have a look at john mayers 'slow dancing in a burning room'

    all the best

  • @MrSntna Thanks Dude. Yes there is chorus. Without it sounds quite flat I think. I'm always thinking about tone so your comments are helpful. I will have a look at the John Mayer track. Thanks for the heads-up. Best to you

  • wow so good man great sound !

  • @AuroShoky Thanks a lot. Much appreciated. I work hard at that and often think that it's not so good, so it is great to hear someone else's opinion that is positive. All the best to you.

  • what a load of shit

  • @ozozzyaustin1 Why say that? If you don't like it just leave it alone. I am happy to hear criticism but just swearing is not necessary.

  • @ozozzyaustin1

    poofta

  • may i know what amps do u using? i have my own slg 100 n but i can't find out why the sounds is just like an awful electrified non-resonator classical guitar

  • @xtnzai Live I use a, AER Alpha Plus. Most of my recordings use effects software. Amplitube 3 is my favourite by a long way on the Macbook. I like compression, chorus, reverb and I pay close attention to the EQ, so I can try and avoid booming frequencies. Please let me know if you need more information. All the best to you.

  • I think I may just have found a new favourite guitarist here on YT. Outstanding stuff.

  • ahh man very beutiful playing

where can i get that backing track

  • Thank you very much. I appreciate those kind words. You are a gentleman.

  • you are a nice person and ur music soothe our heart

  • Thanks. Your songs are good and your playing. The guitar is a Yamaha Silent Guitar SLG130NW. They are around £525 and (in this country) generally need to be ordered in, as most shops don't stock them. But they are a current model. This one is nylon strung and they do another one the same for a little less money and a steel strung as well. They are great plugged in and have a built in headphone amp, reverbs, chorus and delay, as well as an AUX in to play or practice with backing tracks etc.

  • wow your guitar is so cool man where did you buy that kind of guitar??

  • Thanks. I do love that guitar. Thanks for your kind comments. Are you a guitarist?

  • Nice performance. Nice guitar too.

  • Thank you. I appreciate your kind words.

  • wow. great performance..you r an artist Andy..

  • Thanks again. Let me know what you buy and once you have it I will be happy to give you another track. The comments you make are great to hear and help no end with my aims of promoting tuition material this way. I'm happy to give you a track as a thank you.

  • In fact, so impressed that I was forced to search for you further and found your tuition site - I will be making a purchase very soon ! :)

  • Thanks very much. That's a really nice comment to wake up to on a Saturday! Really appreciated.

  • Inspirational - well done - lovely sound, great playing !

  • Hi. I recorded the guitar through a Hartman Compressor and TC Electronics Corona Chorus. The backing track was recorded using Garageband and then I had that through headphones, while playing the lead part. The video was done straight into a Macbook using iMovie and edited using iMovie as well, although it is usually a one take thing, as I want people to see a full performance. Please ask if that doesn't cover what you wanted to know and thanks for your kind comments. Regards, Andy B

  • Great playing and a really nice cool guitar too:-) Could you tell me how you recorded this, sound and vision. Thanks:-)

  • Dude that was the sickest version of this song I've heard to date. You play LIKE A BOSS!

  • what a cool guitar xD and very well played^^, very smoothy

  • @xXJocarioXx Thank you very much. I appreciate your kind words. The guitar is a Yamaha Silent Guitar ~ SLG130NW. Nylon Strung with some onboard effects. I am very happy with it and surprised to be getting such a lot of good sounds from it as well.

  • Heavenly. Thank you.

  • @aerm1983 Thanks very much. I appreciate your kind comment.
