@izonmeplz 1/8 l milk, 130 g wheat, 4 yellow yolk, 80 g sugar, 4 egg white, 2 spoons butter, vanilla sugar, little bit of salt. Mix it together like in the video. Then wait 10-15 min before the egg white. 3 min baking, then 15 min 200 degrees in oven.
A difficult recipe but you get a very soft "Kaiserschmarrn". You also can mix all things together without egg separation. It gets harder but personally I tike it more that way and it is easier to cook! Have fun with this traditional Austrian dish.
