@Jarethenator There are 10 pre-painted figures: One Dragon, one troll, 4 drow and 4 heroes. In the time since this video, WOTC have released 4 more D&D sets for Heroscape. So there are around 35 D&D Heroscape figures at this point.
The Dungeons and Dragons thing is all about saving money. I found out the whole purpose of the set is to re-use sculpts from D&D Miniatures. That is why the Dragon seems so wimpy compared to Heroscape dragons.
@RockoRobotics yes I totally agree...i think it's sad that they are not really coming out with new figs they're just reusing old D&D figs...I had a bad feeling this is what WotC would do when they took it over!!!
This is an awesome set, although I am totally not a D&D fan anymore. I was wondering if they'd ever release the second "Marvel Set" they talked about at a Con once.
I have not seen anything about a Second Marvel set. The story in this set hints at some new awesome power source. Maybe they will use that as an excuse to bring in more 3rd party fictional characters.
Anyone know any website that I can order the 1st Master Set because I hate the second one.

This set looks kinda cool, but for me the first set is the best.

I love this set. Should've been more tiles and characters, considering it's a "master set". But the shadow tiles really added a lot to our games.

I'm not really impressed with this set. I have the first 2 sets which are excellent.

wicked review dude - thanks - want to get this for Battletech maps :)

That should work. The Heroscape Hexes are a little larger then traditional Battletech Hexes though.
If you are looking for lots of terrain, then try and track down the first master set - Rise of the Valkyrie. It had the most terrain in it.

will do - thanks :)

very cool, seems cheap on the way it was made not really in a dungeon more a open field. I still think marvel is the best
