Man, that sucks, I gather you bought the machine used? Looks like your plan will work, it beads drilling and tapping everything and using larger bolts. Better make sure everything is flush in the back or that could be a real bear to take back off.

Brady, i feel bad for you man. We've been lucky buying used equipment. Havent had too many problems but our stuff isnt out working everyday so its got an easy life with us.
