Where in the manual does it explain single step editing for drum parts?? I know that while I'm programing patterns for synth parts I can press the encoder button for the step that I would like to edit individually. I would like to adjust the decay parameters for the closed hats individually? Great video, Thanks!
There is really no single step editing for the drum parts as there is for the seq tracks. You can adjust the EG settings of the drum sounds, but this would effect all of the instances of that sound. A work around is to use another rhythm track, select a similar sound, make your decay adjustments and then program the hits. Thanks for the complements, I look back and hate it.. I guess thats how it goes. If I can borrow the camcorder again, Ill do another video. .
I will do a demo about sequencer lines probably mid April or so.. I have not setup the new OS yet and don't want to do any more demos with the old OS.
So far it is not possible to program multiple tracks at once over MIDI (MPC Style) A few of us have been asking for this though, it might appeear. You can record tracks in via MIDI, but not all at once, unless you are using one of the three D-Synth tracks. But then you lose the great functionality of the Groove Matrix..
Am I right in thinking each percussion part also has its own synth parameters (filter -VCA_LFO ect) via the front panel that are the same for all the other parts?
thanks a bunch for this video! I just got my Spectralis1 last night and am very excited to get started (:

you did "step programming". is it possible to do real time sequencing like on MPCs?

Nice work, mate. I'm not a fan of the documentation that ships with the Spectralis, so please, keep 'em coming.
