well tiers are stupid any character can beat any character,i was using sheik vs a pro meta knigh and he loss,just stupid ppl make that list becuz they dont have a life so this is stupid no offense by the way
Tiers are made up of regular tournament standings, and do not necessarily represent the outcome of any given matchup. To my knowledge the list is for high to top level of play, not just the casual gamers playing with their friends.
Besides that any player worth his weight in marbles knows that
Link is second too last because of his poor recovery, priority, kill power, weight, size, and his projectiles can be pretty bad. You'd have to have some serious mindgames can camping skills to be good with Link. Olimar is good because of his Range, Camping ability, amazing projectile, kill power, grab, the properties of all the pikmin, his speed, and size (smallest character in the game next to squirtle, which makes him really hard to hit ). The only thing that's stopping him from being top tier

Is that his recovery is a tether so it is easily edgehogged which means he can die very easily if you get him off the stage and sit on the edge.
