A monster is what this "man" is a chicken hawk hypocrite neocon who voted AGAINST- funds for vet care as far as Amputee care and rehabilitation- traumatic brain injury-among other things. Balart is a corrupt right-wing radical who is currently protecting terrorist in Miami wanted for bombing Cuban airliners, hotels and committing other atrocities. This man should be in jail. He is the equivalent of someone protecting Osama Bin Laden.
