@dedslayer relic castle near nimbasa city I think ( the one with the electric gym) ... go inside there and at the other side of the room get the fossil at the bottom unless you want tirtouga which is the other fossil

@KINGXxGRIMREAPER you get level ground after beating the fifth gym leader and go to the thunderstone cave on the route ahead, talk to the web blocking it the gym leader will come by, break the web, and finally give you the TM for level ground/bulldoze.
