you dont have to decrease thr HUD visibility if u get enough chaos you can do the airplane race mission and fail it then it will dissapper

you don't have to turn the HUD to zero to get rid of the demo timer box. all you have to do is complete a settlement or mission and it will go away.

Better way to get rid of the timer notice without getting rid of the mini-map. Since you probably won't JUST be waiting for the time to get to 1, you will be playing. Cause enough chaos to unlock the race mission, and when you do the glitch, activate the race and then ignore it. The timer will be gone and it will be easier to navigate instead of pausing to see the map.

There is a way to get rid of the timer warning without changing to opacity so you can still have your hud.

If you complete certain objectives that unlock a feature for you(this will autmatically take you to the pda and give you a reward) then the warning will be gone when you get back to playing the game and no more warnings appear - dieing still ends the demo but you at least get your hud.
