Hey Mark.. was this anywhere near 2nd street? i lived right ther at the end of second st, right by those tracks, and I`m wondering, how far were you from there?
I recorded the trains at the UP crew change office located on North Eastman Road, This would be north or east of where 2nd street is. I'm not from Longview, I like to visit the area when I am in Texas to view the train action.
It was September when I recorded this footage, the video footage is a couple of years old. There was no snow at that time. I'm not from the Longview area, it sure is a great place for train action.
