Why wouldn't you angle the shot to go further? No need to do two high vertical jumps to cross a plane, when one long horizontal jump will do the same thing with a smaller health cost.

I cannot completely agree on the rocketjumps. Looking under you is only good for vertical jumps, and should never be used for horizontal jumps. Look behind you instead for horizontal jumps.

An other note is never to press W while you are jumping (unless you need to hug a wall) as pressing W nearly completely disables your options of strafing in the air.

The demoman is actually the most well rounded class. He has better speed and accessibility than the soldier, and has the versatility to swap between attack and defense almost immediately. You just need to get the hang of using grenades and he is the best class in the game for carrying a team to victory

Lol no. The demo's have a major weakness in close range combat, the soldiers do not.

The demo has more strengths than the soldier, but also more weaknesses (less HP and an inability to handle him self at close range)

Has no hitscan weapon, takes more damage when sticky jumping, cant start a sticky jump as fast as a solly can a rocketjump (escaping), is not as good in defending the medic, has a harder time against opponents that actually pay attention, etc.
