There are 4 male flashes to date, Jay Garrick the first, Barry Hall the second, Wally West the third, and Bart Hall the fourth. All four with different personalities. Wally is easy to recognize because he is the loudmouth ladies man with a child like attitude. He is viewed as a comic relief. In JL Batman calls him Wally. The one in TT and JL act just alike.

Kid Flash from the Teen Titans and the Flash from the JLU are both Wally West. In Starcrossed all the super heroes are unmasked and it is shown that thier incarnation of the Flash is Wally West. The voice actor for The Flash in the JLU is Michael Rosenbaum who also does the voice for Kid Flash in Teen Titans. I know that doesn't mean they're the same person but its alluded to.

Teen Titas is not into DCAU continuity, the Teen Titans's Robin is more or less indetified as Dick Grayson more than Tim Drake, also Kid Flashbeing Wally West actually make sense.

So yeah, both Justice League Flash and Teen Titans Kid flash are the same character on different continuities.

Barry died in the first Crisis, after his death Wally became the Flash and Bart is the Kid Flash. Wally wanished in the speedforce in the Infinity crisis and Bart is the flash for a year but the rouges killed him and Wally returned. Last year in the Final crisis Barry returned too.

no theres two diferent Flashes in two series, only difference is that theres an adult Flash, a DC character and one of the main characters and super hero in Justice League (Unlimited) and there's the Kid Flash who is also a DC character and super teen hero but he joined the Teen Titans. however he comes later on in the Teen Titan series. if you read the comics or watched the series Flash didn't get his powers until later on in adulthood where he's a scientist and gets shocked by lightning.
