Very cool mod. I've been playing this a lot recently.

Although when servers get laggy it is more bullshit than other mods, because everything depends on timing.

i.e. My halberd couldn't reach my opponent, but his shortsword could reach me. First time in quite a while I shouted "BULLSHIT!" very loudly at my computer.

Yeah, Hl2 DM isnt really source, its just a free part of Hl2, but it doesnt have everything Hl2 has so it doesnt work as a source game.

Most valve games are source though, so if you have bought any valve games besides the original Hl, you will be fine.
