I spoke to a huge group of g20 Police that day, as I had to go downtown to work. I stood at bluejayway and wellington, where about 100 police or so were gathered.

I asked why they were there, they said they were not sure, they were just following orders.

So yes, it was badly unorganzied, but the truth is, the protesters were there because they wanted trouble. I stood and spoke to an entire police force without them even asking me for Id.

what does that tell you.

very good video....Some of the chants like some of the cop actions over the weekend were over the top --eg. Blair is no homophobe--the opposite---and there is no "shame" in his coming out of the 519 at a meeting his people and the LGBT police liaision organized for months in advance for Pride. There is some shame in not letting oommunity people in the reception but they would have had to allow event to go on.

a small consolation for his brutal actions over the weekend of the g20 is to see him publicly scorned at a so- called community outreach event.. this event should have been cancelled by community leaders until answers came out about the allegations of homophobic treatment in g20 detention.
