it looks like the balls would hit the point where the rubber bands are fixed, as you cant turn this thing like you would with a regular slingshot to shoot over the top.

hey Mr. JoergSprave I was wondering I see you usually use steel or lead shots.i was wondering if you can do clay shots and test on Ballistics Gelatin and on the damage that it could do on a wine bottle.I was wondering if clay would be strong enough to use for hunting since i believe that it would deal a lot of blunt damage due to the give factor of how it will give way to something solid exerting more damage on larger surface area.

amazing videos, pushing limits of what a sling shot can be, also be cool if you can design new ammo, like a sabot round where the bolt in middle has a shell around it in two parts that separate after launch.  we used to also launch darts by making small hole in center of pouch and then loading dart backward.

If you want to fire both barrels at once you could make a small steel top strap that is attached to one laddle and goes over the top of the other one so that if you press the one with the top strap attached it will fire both, but if you press the other one it will only fire that one. @kfirthez I found that the magnets aren't needed. It is very easy to just lift the pouch a bit and squeeze the ball in. This works with lead AND steel.

Can you do a slow motion of the end as the ball passes by? It seems like it should hit the end. I understand in your stickshot how your hand bends down as the pressure is released so the stick gets out of the way, but this one is more surprising to me.

a kind of MARS slingshot would be fun too, wouldnt it? you could use this design in a bigger row and make a block of them alot of loading but a good amount of shots :P

u really are scarey sometimes my friend lol. couldn't u make one trigger extend over the other for both "barrels"? like the left trigger is like an L shape from above so when depressed it fires the right trigger also, this would allow u to fire single right and then single left or both using the left.
