@LutenistDeMari just listen to the music, don't worry how hard it is to play. he played it with emotion and like a professional is expected to. does he sound like a 3rd grader? i think not
If the mic were a bit farther away, we MIGHT be able to make some kind of generalized statement as to the qualities of this guitar. It's futile unless we eliminate the most damaging element of the whole process, youtube's conversion. You can't arrive at anything quantifiable when we're listening to what sounds like a artifact-riddled 32kpbs AAC stream.
Beautiful piece. Nice to see restoration/ preservation of older instruments. Early model classicals just can't compete with the projection and clarity of later model custom classicals.
Boomy bass on that guitar. Their pronunciation of the spanish words drove me nuts though. "ee-nyah-so flaytah" (cringe( It's Eeg-nah-thee-oh Fleh-ta. He plays nice though.
BEAUTIFUL FLETA

Its great playing but something more advance next time, yes? Can you imagine a lecturer in, say, piano, playing a 3rd grade piece in recital?

If the mic was any farther away, we wouldn't hear anything. It's a DYNAMIC mic!
