How did you create your the sound effects

what programs or what sound clips did you use

hi mate most of the sound fx are from scouring the internet for free sound clips & using free clip libraries. The wooden dummy sfx are actually from me playing around with the wooden dummy & recording it. The sound fx aren't brilliant but I'm no guru in that field to be honest. I edited the audio to the rendered/edited piece - overall it came out ok I think - I was thinking about the adidas mechanical legs vid clip when I did it - keeping audio minimal but echoing in places.
