Plain stupid argument that you cant cure it. Yes I am supposed to be scared of a lion but not a girl at a bar. I treated myself by slowly getting into more and more situations that caused anxiety and today I consider myself cured. I didnt search for this video... It came up in the suggestions but I used to look for cures too. Supplements and pills can help some... 5-htp, L-tyrosine and vitamin B complex can help some too.
I think what he is saying is that your anxiety/panic attacks (fight or flight) are a natural response. and that it is your Amygdala (your fear switch that is set on high That causes this natural reaction to occur. So he is saying that your thought process tells you will be taken over or hurt or etc .. I am not a license specialist but I have studied allot . Google Amygdala. I think good exercise along with vitamins and minerals and congnetive behavioral thinking with exposer will be good.
i urge everyone to not listen to this person... this is the lowest quality advice about anxiety I have ever come across - he probably learned this from a textbook in college

I know that anxiety has a purpose. The problem is when anxiety is disordered. Over reacting to small things.?
