Not the last episodes. What I heard that it was just canceled in general for a while because of that stabbing that they thought it was related to Higurashi. However, it wasn't so both School Days and Higurashi were put back on the air.

I'm not sure if this is correct information. Just what I heard. I know that the murder wasn't related for sure though. XD
