Im actually gonna throw my two cents in here - I don't normally like to jump into the fray like this - but the guitar is not out of tune - you were pulling hard down on the strings a bit too much a few times, which acts as a bend and gives the illusion of being out of tune - that's just something you get better at. Keep up the good work man
