I've been there! It is right in between the sky planet and the rock-like planet. And it is to the right of Pop Star and is marked ??? (at least it is on Super Star Ultra) On KSSU there is another copy thing there so... yeah!

how did u get the menu where u select wat ability u want.

it's on the milkyway wishes sub game on KSS game... you have to find all the abilities because you lose ability to get powers from enemy when inhaling them.
