  • So, in this game you/mount can get in the water and swim instead of die? Cool!

  • i know i sound stupid but in oblivion for pc how do you turn a horse? i know how to make it run but im used to playing it on xbox 360 and i dont know which button it is lol

  • @giathecat to turn the horse, use A or D. Probably left and right arrows on the keyboard work too. You can change the buttons in the options menu.

There's no way to do it with the mouse.

  • @JuddMan03 :0 thank you!

  • Omg dk!!

  • i lost my shadowmere cause it wont unconcious and fast traveled without it not noing it wouldnt follow, now i have no clue where it is :(

  • @Daibron he'll have gone home to fort farragut. look on your map to the east.

  • oh right. now you say it i realise i sounded stupid -_- lol

  • what game is this?

  • oblivion

  • where do you get the spell to make them go faster or did you make it?

  • You can make spells at the arcane university after doing all the mages guild quests.

You need to have either fortify attribute of fortify skill.

Then make a spell on touch, and pick fortify attribute -> speed, or fortify skill -> athletics, or use half of both (which is what i did)

You can also make a spell to jump higher. i have one that makes me jump twice my own height. Only lasts 3 seconds but that's all you need.

  • i can never get a spell or an item to get me to walk on water where can i find 1?

  • i dont really know, i usually ended up with at least one spell for water walking whenever i played just from normal playing.

I am sure you can find a water walking spell at one of the mages guilds. even if you cant cast the one you buy because its level is too high, you can make a version you can cast once you have it.

  • You shoul try to close a gate to Oblivion. Yesterday I've just won a welkind stone with the effect of walk on the water and damage 25% (or so) when attacking. Another option is to complete the quest in Cyrodiil from "the brotherhood of blood". In that mission you've got to enter to a vampire's den. I remember that one of those guys had elven boots that allowed me to walk on the water

  • Damm the sound of its hooves at hyper speed annoys the crap out of me. Well done, though!

  • what game is that?

  • Oblivion

  • I once made Shadowmere way too fast it froze thi game D:

  • This one almost freezes it too.

  • omg jesus horse!

  • does it matter how much the spell points need to be or time?

  • Nope, i just used the maximum that i could with my abilities. i think it helps to combine speed and athletics skillups rather than just going for one or the other.

  • you can also make two spells that do exactly the same thing, but give them different names. Then cast them one after the other like it shows in the video, and they stack.

  • @Phophenomenon not really, more points and time use more magic, and need higher level skill to cast.

  • I stole a water breathing necklace xD I love stealing lol

  • Where the hell'd u get those spells, man???

  • When you do all of the Mages Guild reccomendations, you get access to the Arcane University. Find the spellmaking altar.

Spells can have any effect that you already know. ie. if you want to make a water breathing on other spell, you need to already know some sort of water breathing spell...

for a restore speed spell, you need to already know some other restore attribute spell.

You can choose for most spells whether it effects self, target (long range, but weaker), or touch (close range).

  • It might not sound so useful cause you have to know the effect already, but there are a lot of different ways to tweak how they work.

They are usually a little less efficient on magicka than ones you buy though, but some are better.

  • You can even make a spell to set yourself on fire. How much damage the fire does and how long it lasts is up to you.

  • That's what I call a fast horse.

  • Unfortunately my PC doesn't like me running around so fast, which is why there are so many freezes in there. The trick is nice, but actually not all that useful unless there's no saft travel point near where you want to go. But it does help if you are trying to chase down a travelling NPC, such as the hunter in the dark brotherhood who is always out and about.

  • Cool, I forgot about that u can speed up other things too in oblivion, thanks!

  • Ha ha ha ha ha verrrrrrrry clever!
