The song is Pink finally deciding to shut himself off from society by building the wall, which is a result of his rage stemming from him learning of his wife's betrayal. He decides he doesn't need anyone or anything at all, dismissing them as mere bricks in the wall.

@raccoonfan Sure. In Another Brick in the Wall part 3, the protagonists (Pink Floyd) girlfriend have just broken up with him because of his abuse of drugs ("One of My Turns", "Don't Leave Me Now"). Pink Floyd feels alone in the world, and is sick of his life. He decides to stop being emotionally attached to anybody or anything, since this have only brought him pain earlier. This is what he describes in "Another Brick in The Wall Part 3". I could write more, but I'm running out of characters. D:

@Snakemast345 No, actually, this is where he completes the wall, and decides to stop relaying on the world outside the wall completely. Note that Goodbye Cruel World appears right after this, where he completes the wall. Goodbye Cruel World is followed by Hey You, where he regrets that he completed the wall, and tries to break it down. He fails: "No matter how he tried he could not break free".

The process of tearing down the wall don't really start before "Stop". Still makes me shiver, tho. :P

This Video Is Just After He Finished His wall of solid Humane Isolation, People Were Birks In the wall and Possessions were Briks in the wall, thats what the last to lines were about first lines were saying that he finished his wall and he needs nothing.
