How to get the FIB (FBI) Buffalo on GTA 4 W/O cheating

The FBI NEVER comes... The only time I remember seeing their car was during a mission and I could not steal it. Any tips??? The last time I played the game months ago I was able to get one, but now the car simply won't show up.

just a hint. after u entered the web adress go to the window and crouch there then the fbi will come 100% of the time done this on ps3 worked for. and then its just a case of sucsessfully stealing it :)

@paddymacshane1 Just found out what you can do: go to the airport and drive on the runway. The FIB will come most of the times. It worked first time for me.

I captured one and put it in the parking space, saved and reloaded ot make it new, and it was gone!

It's definitely not 50% chance to get the car. It's much less than 10%, given how many times Iv'e done this... and only gotten the car to spawn once (second time I tried - got gunned down when trying to get in.

@TheRogueX This, so fucking much. I've been doing a similar method by using the laptop in your Middle Park East safehouse (I don't have Playboy's penthouse) and I haven't seen the FIB even once.

I stole myself a NOOSE Cruiser but lost it during a Most Wanted mission. I only have a few left to complete in Alderney though so I'd really like to do them with a Buffalo.

theres also a usable computer in the lobby of Playboy's apartment building

all you have to do is walk up to it (its on the desk with the gaurd, you dont have to jump over the desk), and press "E" (or whatever key it is) to use it

go to the site

STAY IN THE lobby until you see police cars parked near the place on your radar (if you dont wait, NOOSE vans come instead)

then go outside and there will be 1-3 FIB buffalos

steal one, park it, save game, done

@Jsouthwell2006 Not necessarily. Sometimes you can have a max six-star wanted level and the FIB Buffalo will still not appear. This method is the best way to instantly get a five-star wanted level without being taken out before you even get that far.

I prefer just shooting out the driver or even easier flipping one over with a Patriot. Once you do that, the guys get out. Park up close, get out of the patriot, get in the FIB Buffalo, and BOOK IT outta there. Running away from 4 to 5 stars isn't hard as long as you don't let them box you in an area, avoid cop cars on the road, and stay the hell away from roadblocks. I have only escaped 6 stars once.

i tried this and you make this look too easy. its not stealing the car, its getting the FIB to show up. 100% of the time the NOOSE came. you need to change it to 90% NOOSE and 10% FIB coz your wrong.

It's actually a Dodge Calibur or Charger mix... imo, the Banshee (or Viper knock-off) is the prettiest car in the game. Not as fast as the Infernus but definitely has style over this modern muscle PoS. lol
