I STILL! dont get why you lose energy when you fight something. In real life yeah it hurts to punch a crate or something but it doesn't slowly kill you.

Same. I never liked how punching anything always resulted in losing health. It's my one major gripe with this game. Totally ruined it for me.

@jordakai You only lose health from attacking if you use a special attack. So when he does that crouching one handed round house thing or when he pulls the paper from the comic to make a lethal paper airplane that sucks energy out of him. Losing power when executing a special move isn't that uncommon.

Yeah this game is amazing! I actually went to the game store by my place (Which carries retro games) and got this for $15 not super cheap but not expensive. TO answer some questions in the options menu you can change your c button attack. Shaolin(Sp?) is the best one. Also yeah the reason why the game is short is because the art...compare it to other games...This one blows MOST genesis game out of the water, I mean it looks amazing....Plus it has a very unique style.

Actually, you only took damage from using powerful attacks [Xiaolin Kick, Shoulder Tackle or Scissor Kick] without their respective combos, or by striking hard objects {walls, doors, barrels, cages, bombs, etc.}

I have to use the invincibility cheat code to get past this game. It's so hard but also one of the most fun. I place this game as high as any current gen game out there. They need to make a sequel that's 2D and release it as a downloadable game for ps3 or Xbox 360. I would buy it for sure. I just hope they include an invincibility cheat in there.

if you just get pass the dragon to the barrel the dragon lights the barrel and then all you do is push it underneath the dragon, then you dont have to o anything else.

you could've saved some time if you used the rat against the girl in the Kung Fung tournament. The rat makes her jump off page.

Also after you busted through the metal door, you could've kept the fan on to instantly kill strigil IF you can knock him onto it. I don't know that's just me. :/

But other than that, I abuse the shaolin kick like that too. :D

The part that always messed me up is that when you fight bad guys and break open boxes, you lose health for every few punches you throw. By the time I've gotten through a level I could have not taken a single hit but have almost half my life gone.

he coulda finished the game faster if he took th shorter way, in the 2nd stage he shoulda went up instead cont right(3:13), that way all he had to face was one bat thing and a red guy but just drop the bomb on the guy instand death and he can pick up another one after killing the bat and another he coulda saved time was instead of actually fighting the amazon girls just let roadkill (the rat) loose, they jump off screen. theres 2 endngs to this a gud 1 and a bad 1.

The move is the shaolin kick. He's just pressing C since he selected it as his special attack in the "Controls" section of the "Options" menu
