As for the speed, it's not exactly slow. He wasn't bringing it up to its top speed. It is a mostly carbon fiber car with a 5.5L V12 engine that produces 720 BHP, it's a lot faster than was shown in the video. The top speed is 186mph. Which honestly could be a lot better for 720 BHP.
