Nowadays, use something that has a sunscreen in it. Something with a SPF 20 or higher. Yes, you can still get a tan with sunscreen.

It's okay to have sun. It is beneficial, for a short time though (no more than 2 hours or less). The UV rays causes premature aging and skin cancer (melanoma).

So, have a good time, but beware and be cautious when in the sun...HAPPY SUNNING!!!
