Innomuse: First, realize that I'm not a lawyer nor do I work for YouTube, so I can only offer observations, not legal advice. I would think that there's some amount of "fair use" one could claim for YouTube videos, since they're posted publicly. For example, a TV station can run a YouTube video on air, since it's "news" to a certain degree. However, using a video in a commercial product is a different deal, and you probably have to get permission from the video's owner.

John, do others have any commercial rights to my yourtube videos? Can they include them in products they sell, for example? Thanks
