@brookekelly97 Yes, you can leave out any of the ingredients. The lemon counterbalances the parsley & cilantro. The avocado does help the smoothie's consistency... and prevent it from separating if your cup sits for a bit. Experiment. Let me know how it goes.
I believe that the citrus seeds, like the skin, will make the drink bitter. I love my Vita-Mix too! I make a veggie smoothie, completely different from yours though: Broccoli Spinach Kale Carrots Raw Walnuts (Walnuts really improve my drink's flavor, add protein and Omega-3's, try some in yours!) Tomato Paste (cooked lycopene) Water a few drops of stevia (Sweet Leaf brand) Your drink sounds good too! Happy Smoothing! (Is "Smoothing" a word?)
i like this, dont forget you could always add a scoop of the ultimate meal to get your preotein intake proper

i forgot to add, a "power" blender is SO much better than juicing, easier to clean up, and you don't waste all that fiber!
