  • everybody criticizes on how he been playing for not that long and shit and how he will buy the sting ray well he can do whatever he fucking wants

  • I have that same bass, but it's a three band. Your making a great investment, I've had mine for about 11 to 12 years now, & still plays like a dream!

  • @raymagdaleno let's make an exchange pal!!i take your bass then i give you one of my hearts,i can live with one only it's ok..

  • that bass reminds of the same one for "Home" by Three Days Grace.

  • recording with this camera makes all basses sound just the same... i cant really dig their real tone

  • love that bass, lol i got that amp behind him

  • Dang, Black on black looks soo much better on Maple fingerboards :O

Too bad the Ray 35 only comes with Rosewood xD. That's the only one i'll be able to afford for a while ;D

  • Buckcherry playing in the background, cool :P

  • ive been playin a year n i really want a stingray :( but i got $400, wonder how easy it is to shoplift a bass :) haha

  • lol just walk in and act like u have a fake leg and it's stiff and then wen u walk out just have the bass on the side of ur leg so no1 can see! lol jk good luck though bro

  • I think the Stingray is one of the coolest basses out there, but only in the 4 string version. The G Sting is way to near to the neckending. But the sound is kickass.

  • damn this dude makes any bass look bad. The tone could be good if he had played with some better techniques than playing on neck and doing horrible "slaps"

  • Damm i will cut off his nuts when i see him. This is a early video, i have got so much worst.

  • Hey its me again, the choice now stands between a 4 string sting ray or a 5 string. Do you think it would be hard to learn how to slap on a 5 stringer? Ive only played for around 4 months. Is it hard overall to slap a 5 stringer stingray? I currently have a LOWDOWN® LD15 amplifier from line6, do you think i would have to change the amp to get the effect out of the bass? Im thinking mostly about the 5 string and the extra thick string (D).

  • uve been playing for 4 months and ur getting a stingray?

  • Jealous ?

If you had 6million dollars would you really buy the cheapest crapy car even though you're not a pro at driving ?

  • :) .

  • @Damanik3 and why not???

  • @Damanik3 if you have the money then fuck it why not

  • With a little practice it would be easy enough to learn to slap on a five string versus a four. I started on a four, the had a five and now I play a six string. You get use to them. Just practice. And this bass is a great bass.

  • @misanthroposy I wouldn't say that. Initially I owned nothing but 5ers since I went by the theory that a 5er is a more full bass, that was until I tried a 4 string P bass and my opinion went in reverse...f*** the 5er, 4 stringers feel more comfortable and the slap technique is more pronounced and better expressed on it. To do it on a 5+ string bass you need to apply precision slapping and limit your intensity, which in my opinion just takes the fun away from slap technique.

  • i want to get one for funk bass that would be awesome

  • Baddest Bass on the planet IMO. De-tuned, playing heavy shit, or playing funk or anything at all, the tone is to die for.

  • that grand daddy of all basses i just want the one with 2 pick ups

  • holy christ i love this bass....:)

  • awesome bass im sAVING FOR ONE :)

  • yeah me 2 ^^

  • 3 band eq unless your refering to the amp?

  • so what?

  • that musicman only got 1 humbucker not 2

  • really? I couldn't tell.
