They are making tawassul on pious people -- there are evidences for it. They are remembering Allah SWT -- there are evidences for it. They are sending salam to prophet mohammed SAW -- there are evidences for it. Any many many many good benefits -- there are evidences for all of them. Even if u say they are dancing -- there are evidences for it. It will take me forever to write down all of these evidences.

Bro im not sure what madad means -- maybe it means help. Correct me if im wrong. Bro when the pious die, their ability to help others does not diminish and end. They are alive in their graves and are aware of what is happening. It has been proved from narrations that the dead person can recognize and hear the foot footsteps of those who pass by the grave. So brother if a living person can help u, so as the dead person.
