@LilJay03 I agree. in the first episode there were 3, then 4, then 5, then 6, then 7 and at the final episode 8. Power Rangers SPD had the most rangers.
@Xxxfire45xxX thanks for pointing out my mistake. I was off by one ranger but I do know 2 of the 9 rangers only showed up once, Cat and Nova. Power Rangers SPD so far was the only series that had the most rangers. then again, the special episode of Power Rangers Wild Force that marked 10 years of power rangers had the most rangers of the entire series with 10 red rangers.
@aurora990 spd doesnt use Nova much. thanks to kalish. in dekaranger, Nova appears more on the screen. also Dekabreak as human form, not a friggin ball of light DX
@HiroIndo16 I did notice a difference in SPD and Dekaranger. Nova was a robot from the future in SPD. Dekabreak can transform into a ranger. you only see Omega in his ranger form or as an orb of light. Dekabright (I guess) can transform into a ranger and is a human being. I prefer Dekaranger than SPD.

@HiroIndo16 the title Tokosu Sentai Dekaranger stands for Special Investigation Fleet Dekaranger while SPD in Power Rangers SPD stands for Space Patrol Delta. Dekaranger involves special investigation while SPD involves advance law enforcement. in Dekaranger, SPD stands for Special Police Dekaranger. Dekaranger is better than SPD.
@aurora990 and when we say "special", we mean it. alien is a special matter so we need a special police. in SPD, having some police officers with heavy arms and earth-cracking weapon isn't very common.
@HiroIndo16 that is true. there is more than heavy weaponry needed to tackle alien criminals with giant robots. special investigation for alien crimes is serious just like ordinary crime investigations. I wish SPD had special investigations like Dekaranger before the use of heavy weaponry instead of using heavy weaponry immediately. Disney owns Power Rangers so Disney wanted more police action in SPD than in Dekaranger.

I have not even finished watching the rest of Power Rangers Operation Overdrive. however, I had seen parts of the Super Sentai series from Megaranger to Shinkenger. I knew the entire Power Rangers seasons would not turn out as great as the entire Super Sentai seasons. Disney really ruins the thrills of Super Sentai.

@HiroIndo16 first, I am switching from Power Rangers to Super Sentai after watching parts of the Super Sentai series from Deji Sentai Megaranger to Samurai Sentai Shinkenger. there is another season of Super Sentai named Tosu Sentai Goseiger that I barely had known about. Power Rangers in Space was the best season of the Power Rangers series. Power Rangers in Space was more like a transition from Power Rangers Turbo.
@aurora990 yeah, In space was more like a star wars in spandex. since most of on-suit footage was from megaranger, i think that what makes in space the best season ever.
and yeah, Tensou Sentai Goseiger (Celestial taskforce Goseiger) is currently running. they're ordinary badass. five angels in training from celestial world sent to earth to protect human. not any better than shinkenger, though. but for a transition season, i think that's ok.
@HiroIndo16 I did notice on the comparison videos of Denji Sentai Megaranger and Power Rangers in Space is different when it comes to henshin. In Megaranger, you see the henshin, the words Megared, Megablue, Megablack, Megayellow, Megapink or Megasilver Ready and OK. in Space, it is just closed eyes, open eyes, instant henshin and the words Morphing Complete covering the Megaranger Ready words. the henshin theme in Space is the best theme of the entire series.
@aurora990 yeah, right from the first MMPR to lost galaxy, that seasons had the worst henshin ever. zyuranger was a transition, dairanger was aura-typed, ohranger was different civilization typed, carranger was space car stars typed. that was all connected to the theme. but rangers don't. they just randomly transformed.
in space was really space thingy, but megaranger was in cyberspace. so they was two different type of show. but saban failed on henshin attempt. how sad.
@HiroIndo16 it is sad Saban and Disney did not understand who the audience Super Sentai were trying to appeal to. Super Sentai is supposed to be for everybody. Power Rangers were supposed to be for children. I see children wearing shirts showing Power Rangers characters. I had started to see Goseiger and so far it is great. I have a bad feeling Goseiger will become another Power Rangers season and it will turn out bad if it does become Power Rangers.

I have a bad feeling Goseiger is going to be next to be a bust if it becomes another season of Power Rangers just like the past seasons of Power Rangers. I might be wrong but it might eventually happen. I do notice a pattern on the airing time of Super Sentai and Power Rangers shows are apart by one year.
@aurora990 well, they always one year apart. zyuranger in 1992, MMPR in 1993. Timeranger in 1999, Time Force in 2000. but there's not too many significant changes because it's just one year apart.
Goseiger is great, alright. many people disagree with me, but I keep telling them that Goseiger is the best series so far, along with shinkenger. the action scenes, the effects, and the Mecha, so good so far. storyline isn't very special either, but that's not the charm of this five angels.

@HiroIndo16 before I knew about Super Sentai, Power Rangers were like the best and never thought it was the watered down version of Super Sentai series until 3 years ago when I watched Denji Sentai Megaranger. Power Rangers in Space began in 1998 and if I am right Megaranger started in 1997 at the same time Power Rangers Turbo was running. Saban and Disney just cannot come up with any ideas for Power Rangers to be better than Super Sentai.

MMPR had parts of Dairanger added. MMPR had used KIba as the white ranger. There was a special season that showed Kagurangers as alien rangers. Kaguranger are ninjas not aliens. Saban just wanted to make MMPR a mash-up of 2 Super Sentai shows.

I prefer the graphics and what is used in henshin parts of Super Sentai than photoshop graphics and morphers. In Mystic Force, the white ranger was an elderly woman with a wand while in Magiranger the white ranger was a young woman with a magiphone. however, the female sentais in Magiranger and Mystic Force possibly share one thing, both are sisters.

@HiroIndo16 before I watched Magiranger, Mystic Force was like not bad. now it is nothing but fighting and somewhat a Medieval theme. Magiranger is all about family and magic together. I live in the United States and fighting is just as common as anything. Super Sentai is more than fighting; it is teamwork, believing in yourself and adventure.

I even notice the beginning of each Power Rangers show during the intro showing parts of Super Sentai. each episode of Power Rangers I had watched all the way till the middle of Operation Overdrive and parts of Jungle Fury I had seen parts of Super Sentai added. in Lightspeed Rescue, parts of the roll call were from the roll call in GoGo V. I even notice the background of the buildings not seen in America.

@HiroIndo16 when I watched Super Sentai, I noticed the mecha look like the zords in Power Rangers. the difference is the sound was altered but overall it was parts from Super Sentai. it looks exciting until I had seen Super Sentai. that was when I found out Power Rangers was not as great as Super Sentai. @aurora990 well, every season had 95% of sentai footage for their zords. not to mention the original footage from saban (turbo movie, MMPR movie, MMPR one take season, OO,) and the most using of original saban footage for the zords was lost galaxy. but it's not as great as how TOEI does.

@aurora990 if you want to watch sentai before Zyuranger, I suggest you watch Liveman and Jetman. that two was the BOMB. so much emotional fighting scenes. great scenarios.
In the SENTAI, she's DekaSwan. In POWER RANGERS, that's the Kat Ranger. Kat Manx morphs into an SPD Ranger based on her feline DNA. In the case of Power Rangers, the "feathers" are in fact ears, like a cat.
The only real Orange ranger...and she can stay morphed for 1 hour. I cannot for the life of me understand why the Sentai stays so STUCK on the traditional Red-Blue-Yellow-Pink-Green-Black color scheme and won't explore other colors like Orange or Purple...you could make some sweet ranger costumes with those colors.
The tradition is red-blue-yellow, along with SOME combination of Yellow, Pink, Green, Black, and White. There are some exceptions, but for the most part that's it.
Jungle Fury is going to be pretty far out there as far as colors. Besides RBY, there's a PURPLE and a White with ORANGE accents.

@aurora990 A) I did say there were some exceptions. B) I made that comment 3 years ago, just before Jungle Fury aired. Since then, we had a Purple and White/Orange on Jungle Fury and Silver and Gold on RPM. Samurai will have a Gold Ranger, and whatever Goseiger becomes a Silver Ranger.

Actually there were nine rangers. Red, Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow, Shadow, Omega, Cat and Nova. Although the last two were only seen once.

@Xxxfire45xxX thanks for pointing out my mistake. I was off by one ranger but I do know 2 of the 9 rangers only showed up once, Cat and Nova. Power Rangers SPD so far was the only series that had the most rangers. then again, the special episode of Power Rangers Wild Force that marked 10 years of power rangers had the most rangers of the entire series with 10 red rangers.

@HiroIndo16 I did notice a difference in SPD and Dekaranger. Nova was a robot from the future in SPD. Dekabreak can transform into a ranger. you only see Omega in his ranger form or as an orb of light. Dekabright (I guess) can transform into a ranger and is a human being. I prefer Dekaranger than SPD.

Dekaranger involves special investigation while SPD involves advance law enforcement. in Dekaranger, SPD stands for Special Police Dekaranger. Dekaranger is better than SPD.

@HiroIndo16 that is true. there is more than heavy weaponry needed to tackle alien criminals with giant robots. special investigation for alien crimes is serious just like ordinary crime investigations. I wish SPD had special investigations like Dekaranger before the use of heavy weaponry instead of using heavy weaponry immediately. Disney owns Power Rangers so Disney wanted more police action in SPD than in Dekaranger.

I have not even finished watching the rest of Power Rangers Operation Overdrive. however, I had seen parts of the Super Sentai series from Megaranger to Shinkenger. I knew the entire Power Rangers seasons would not turn out as great as the entire Super Sentai seasons. Disney really ruins the thrills of Super Sentai.

don't watch power rangers Operation Overkill, that season is crap. they changed everything good about Boukenger and turned it into some pile of shit compiled with stupid lines IN A FRIGGIN SPANDEX. i hate that season so much.
and yeah, the only season that turned out great was in space.

@HiroIndo16 first, I am switching from Power Rangers to Super Sentai after watching parts of the Super Sentai series from Deji Sentai Megaranger to Samurai Sentai Shinkenger. there is another season of Super Sentai named Tosu Sentai Goseiger that I barely had known about. Power Rangers in Space was the best season of the Power Rangers series. Power Rangers in Space was more like a transition from Power Rangers Turbo.

@aurora990 yeah, In space was more like a star wars in spandex. since most of on-suit footage was from megaranger, i think that what makes in space the best season ever.
and yeah, Tensou Sentai Goseiger (Celestial taskforce Goseiger) is currently running. they're ordinary badass. five angels in training from celestial world sent to earth to protect human. not any better than shinkenger, though. but for a transition season, i think that's ok.

@HiroIndo16 I did notice on the comparison videos of Denji Sentai Megaranger and Power Rangers in Space is different when it comes to henshin. In Megaranger, you see the henshin, the words Megared, Megablue, Megablack, Megayellow, Megapink or Megasilver Ready and OK. in Space, it is just closed eyes, open eyes, instant henshin and the words Morphing Complete covering the Megaranger Ready words. the henshin theme in Space is the best theme of the entire series.

@aurora990 yeah, right from the first MMPR to lost galaxy, that seasons had the worst henshin ever. zyuranger was a transition, dairanger was aura-typed, ohranger was different civilization typed, carranger was space car stars typed. that was all connected to the theme. but rangers don't. they just randomly transformed.
in space was really space thingy, but megaranger was in cyberspace. so they was two different type of show. but saban failed on henshin attempt. how sad.

Power Rangers were supposed to be for children. I see children wearing shirts showing Power Rangers characters. I had started to see Goseiger and so far it is great. I have a bad feeling Goseiger will become another Power Rangers season and it will turn out bad if it does become Power Rangers.

I have a bad feeling Goseiger is going to be next to be a bust if it becomes another season of Power Rangers just like the past seasons of Power Rangers. I might be wrong but it might eventually happen. I do notice a pattern on the airing time of Super Sentai and Power Rangers shows are apart by one year.

@aurora990 well, they always one year apart. zyuranger in 1992, MMPR in 1993. Timeranger in 1999, Time Force in 2000. but there's not too many significant changes because it's just one year apart.
Goseiger is great, alright. many people disagree with me, but I keep telling them that Goseiger is the best series so far, along with shinkenger. the action scenes, the effects, and the Mecha, so good so far. storyline isn't very special either, but that's not the charm of this five angels.

@HiroIndo16 before I knew about Super Sentai, Power Rangers were like the best and never thought it was the watered down version of Super Sentai series until 3 years ago when I watched Denji Sentai Megaranger. Power Rangers in Space began in 1998 and if I am right Megaranger started in 1997 at the same time Power Rangers Turbo was running. Saban and Disney just cannot come up with any ideas for Power Rangers to be better than Super Sentai.

Respond to this video... continuing from my previous comment, everybody is entitled to their opinion. I rather choose Super Sentai than Power Rangers. The longest season of Power Rangers was MMPR. MMPR had parts of Dairanger added. MMPR had used KIba as the white ranger. There was a special season that showed Kagurangers as alien rangers. Kaguranger are ninjas not aliens. Saban just wanted to make MMPR a mash-up of 2 Super Sentai shows.

I did start watching the Super Sentai shows before Zyuranger and I was surprised to find out none of the Super Sentai shows before Zyuranger became Power Rangers. @HiroIndo16 sadly, only one of the power rangers was Asian, the yellow ranger in MMPR. her name was Trini. afterwards, no Asians in power rangers. that is not all that is weird about power rangers. the yellow sentais that were males were female yellow rangers. the yellow sentais in Zyuranger, Gingaman, GoGo V, Timeranger and Gaoranger were males. in MMPR, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, Time Force and Wild Force, they were females.

@aurora990 even if disney's rangers were filled with asian co-rangers, i still didnt see any changes in the progress. super-toned down storyline, crappy fighting scenes...i'm done with disney's wire-fu. and that random explosion...saban's ranger wasn't very random on explosions. because they stick on sentai's side. so story is important. but for disney, pruducing mass plothole is the first thing to do.

@HiroIndo16 anybody who does not know about the Super Sentai series do not know what they are missing. sadly not many young people who watches Power Rangers realize it is not really as thrilling as Super Sentai. in addition, the henshin sequences in Power Rangers is a train wreck. I had seen parts of Power Rangers Jungle Fury and it is nothing compared to Gekiranger. sunglasses being used instead of Geki Waza is ridiculous.

@HiroIndo16 I agree. I had seen the Geki Waza in Gekiranger being used while the Geki Waza in Jungle Fury was not used. I prefer the graphics and what is used in henshin parts of Super Sentai than photoshop graphics and morphers. In Mystic Force, the white ranger was an elderly woman with a wand while in Magiranger the white ranger was a young woman with a magiphone. however, the female sentais in Magiranger and Mystic Force possibly share one thing, both are sisters.

I live in the United States and fighting is just as common as anything. Super Sentai is more than fighting; it is teamwork, believing in yourself and adventure.

I even notice the beginning of each Power Rangers show during the intro showing parts of Super Sentai. each episode of Power Rangers I had watched all the way till the middle of Operation Overdrive and parts of Jungle Fury I had seen parts of Super Sentai added. in Lightspeed Rescue, parts of the roll call were from the roll call in GoGo V. I even notice the background of the buildings not seen in America.

@HiroIndo16 when I watched Super Sentai, I noticed the mecha look like the zords in Power Rangers. the difference is the sound was altered but overall it was parts from Super Sentai. it looks exciting until I had seen Super Sentai. that was when I found out Power Rangers was not as great as Super Sentai. @aurora990 well, every season had 95% of sentai footage for their zords. not to mention the original footage from saban (turbo movie, MMPR movie, MMPR one take season, OO,) and the most using of original saban footage for the zords was lost galaxy. but it's not as great as how TOEI does.
power rangers footage cuts where it gets better. that's why it's horrible.

I had looked at the Super Sentai shows with comparison to Power Rangers and there were scenes in Super Sentai that is way better than Power Rangers. I remember the popularity of Power Rangers being great years ago. now it is a bust. the Power Rangers toys after viewing the Super Sentai commercials are not as good as Super Sentai toys.

@HiroIndo16 wow, that is great that there is a Super Sentai museum in Japan. I had noticed Super Sentai started in the 1970s while Power Rangers started in the 1990s. I got to watch the Super Sentai shows before Zyuranger.

@aurora990 if you want to watch sentai before Zyuranger, I suggest you watch Liveman and Jetman. that two was the BOMB. so much emotional fighting scenes. great scenarios.

thats not really a katranger,in the sentai dekaranger ,shes called the swan ranger,which explains the feathers on the side of the helmet

In the SENTAI, she's DekaSwan. In POWER RANGERS, that's the Kat Ranger. Kat Manx morphs into an SPD Ranger based on her feline DNA. In the case of Power Rangers, the "feathers" are in fact ears, like a cat.

The only real Orange ranger...and she can stay morphed for 1 hour. I cannot for the life of me understand why the Sentai stays so STUCK on the traditional Red-Blue-Yellow-Pink-Green-Black color scheme and won't explore other colors like Orange or Purple...you could make some sweet ranger costumes with those colors.

The tradition is red-blue-yellow, along with SOME combination of Yellow, Pink, Green, Black, and White. There are some exceptions, but for the most part that's it.
Jungle Fury is going to be pretty far out there as far as colors. Besides RBY, there's a PURPLE and a White with ORANGE accents.

@gatoronfire4lord that already happened when it comes to different colors used in Super Sentai. white, gold, silver and purple were used in Super Sentai.

@aurora990 A) I did say there were some exceptions. B) I made that comment 3 years ago, just before Jungle Fury aired. Since then, we had a Purple and White/Orange on Jungle Fury and Silver and Gold on RPM. Samurai will have a Gold Ranger, and whatever Goseiger becomes a Silver Ranger.
