This video is awesome. I love the audience! I saw them live last year and it was a great concert, but the audience wasn't quite as wild, which I would have prefered... Oh well, I guess that's what happens when a band's main audience becomes forty somethings.

Um, 5 months later, this is still one of the best songs on YouTube. So tight, and then the feeling ... The 30 May version is good, but this is fast, and has clear audio.

the only real similarities between dino & the fannies is the 'i don't care what you think about how i look' attitude, stoned slacker singing (particularly on the 1st record) and meandering leads (particularly on this song). J is a much better guitar player, but fanclub wrote some of the catchiest, timeless pop songs ever

This is the TV show, and the clip, that got me into TFC in 1989/90 I think. A bloke from my school is in the front row. I think this was at ULU or somewhere small in London.

This is just a marvellous song and I've loved it for two decades.

Kinda bland... and I like catchy pop/rock... but this is missing something. They don't sound all that original. I hear something they do and say "oh that sounds like pixies" or "that sounds like dinosaur jr" ...even "that sounds like the byrds" but I don't say "that could only be teenage fanclub". @metal1313 The thing that pisses me off about Spin Magazine is when they had their 90 best albums of the 90's issue Bandwagonesque was not in it. How could the best album of 1991 that they voted for not be included in the best of the decade? Don't you think mathematics would deduct that it would atleast be in the top 10 assuming all the other years in the 90s produced better albums right? I think Spin has been dodging the criticism for not choosing Nevermind in the first place.

Overall, 1991 was the best year for albums IN MUSIC HISTORY. If one were to revision-ize, Nevermind would have a difficult time cracking the top 15. Bandwagonesque, on the other hand, has aged much better and is still brilliant two decades later.

Also part of the Pacific Northwest, and home to the likes of Slow and Sons of Freedom -- who were out-grunging Cobain's trio years earlier.
