  • The reason I do not ground the club is because there is no distortion of the backswing as ground the club can create friction on the initial move of the backswing - also not grounding the club enables me to sit better. If you want to learn more then go to my teaching forum

  • Looks good, one thing i don't understand is why do you put the golf head just above the ball?

I've just started playing golf so newbie question.

  • I'm in Orange County and would like to take a lesson from you? Do you still teach?

  • Great swing and very easy to learn, just sent away for Golf-o-Metrics.I went to the range after watching this and bombed it.I have one question Dan would you say this is an arm swing in which the hips rotate naturally,or you begin with the hips. Also what is your opinion on grip size. This grip seems to require maybe smaller grips,do to the weak right hand

  • my teacher is a student to MR. NORWOOD

  • i have the same swing

  • woah! thats really good. why arent you on TOUR? you can win hitting like that

  • Your video is great! Read the book and watched the video. But this video fills in some 'blanks'. I am married to the grandson of Alex Findlay and it is a thrill to learn how to swing the club from both Joe and Alex. It has greatly improved my game. Please keep the videos coming.

  • it is just learn to swing with your arms and sell your body

it works aspecialy when you are w bid older or you have backproblems

  • It also works well if you are young and strong and love accuracy.

  • Please tell me where you get there the "non-rotational" aspect of this swing? Have you actually watched it ?

  • Nice swing. Looks like you play a fade. What exactly is the cross lateral motion. I don't really see much in this clip.

  • The cross lateral move is a non rotational move that can only be achieved by dropping the right arm to the back of the right heel then as the shoulders square towards the target the hips stay behind and as the arms descend into the impact area the right hip rotates slightly and the entire lower body moves in a later motion from right to left rather than in a barrel motion of rotation. You will see my belt buckle facing to the right of the target rather than at the target

  • Nice swing! I love the pad you have setup there. I imagine you don't recover those balls right?
