You'll have to wait 9 months until your clones are born and then they have to grow to adequate fighting/training age (that's at least 14 if you want to start really early) plus then you have to spend time training them - another 5-6 years. You're looking at a 20 year commitment minimum. FYI. They also need to be fed and might not want to go to war....

Dolly only died young because she was living in captivity and she got diseases from living there. her cloning had nothing to do with it.

Actually, Dolly died prematurely because of the erosion of telomeric DNA, lost every time DNA is copied. She was essentially born genetically old. Think of photocopying a photocopied page a few hundred times. Eventually, you lose some info.

By the way, most sheep live in captivity. The weak ones are the ones that usually "[get] diseases from living there". Domesticated animals actually die quite quickly when released into the wild.

Wrong. Many cloned animals suffer from misformed limbs/tongues, various diseases, or don't even make it to birth at all. After birth, they are likely to contract a disease, and lung cancer has been noted in quite many clones, it certainly is not a coincidence.

not realy... dolly the sheep had a lung disease but it was not becouse of the cloning. all the others sheeps had the disease too. but they did a mistake. they did somthing wrong so dolly was 1 year outside she was 6 years inside
