when anna is asked to be a member or parliament then what he say is he is not having enough money to fight in election. regardless of he is having money or not. still importance should be having proper model or system. so even if he becomes prime minister and if there is nothing like lokpal then that is of no use.. there are possibilities that he may accelerate process of passing the lokpal but becoming a leader is not the ultimate solution..
