I have been watching your video's and I love this bread. I followed you to the T and its great. I love your down to earth way of living and your outlook on things. If the whole world lived like you, what a wonderful place we'd have to raise our families. Keep videoing!!
Would love to know about that toaster oven you used in this video. What brand and model is it? Been wanting a second oven. This may be a good alternative. Going to try making the starter this week.
@sulaearts - I am sorry I have not answered this. Everytime I pass by the oven I forget to check the model number. It's nothing special; something i picked up at china-mart(walmart). The only thing nice is the inside is big enough to house a bread pan. I will get the model ASAP.
@tnjeffofalltrades - It's not a problem. I mainly wanted to know where I could get one. Frequently we are using our oven for other things (Like Dinner) and would like to cook something at the same time (Like Desert). Don't want to put in another 220, but a small oven on a 110 would be nice.
@cribeyneddow - you don't need to knead (LOL) a whole lot; not like making other yeast breads. I give a couple of minutes of kneading, really mixing more than kneading. good luck, let me know how it turns out.
Constructive Critisism is the way to improve. If you cant take it the thing to do is get out of the kitchen. I was trying to be nice and being arogant like you are chef wont get you to far in life.
@MrsArabica100 - Wow, you're completely right! Your video of making sour dough is so much more informative. I love how you comment on a day 3 video asking what I did for the past 3 days without watching them and having your questions answered.
Sorry Sir but I must say that if you dont know how to make bread leave it to the people that do. No offence but your demonstration really is pathetic.
Day 3 what did you do for the past 3 days, Did you use a Pre Ferment, Did you ferment that. Did you go onto making a final dough and did you ferment that.
you cooking time is to short for sour doughs
Do your self a favor and take this video of this channel. your only humiliating yourself
i was wondering why we toss out 1/2 the mixture in steps1 & 2 and why we wouldn't make 2 loaves with it. at least in step 1, couldn't we seperate it and make 2 loaves from there?
You only toss out 1/2 if you're NOT making bread that week. You have to feed the starter every week regardless if you're making bread. I normally don't throw it out, I give half to someone else so that they may have a starter. In short, you have to feed it every week. You then use half to make bread or give away and the other half will be kept for next week.
yr bread rise beautifully! Ive tried several time to make sourdough without success. I'll try yr method. Thats very kind of u to share. Thx very much for yr demonstration!
I really enjoyed this video. It reminded me of when I was a child and my mother would bake bread. I can almost smell it now. Perhaps I should invest in a few bread pans and bake some myself.

I'm at day three now and I can't wait! I noticed you didn't have to knead your bread a lot. Is this because it's sour dough?
