  • This can sound magnificent played slowly by an orchestra, although I still prefer the faster versions, but for a single guitar it shouldn't be any slower than this. Come on, keep voting - the slow team might catch up!

  • he puls off ink leaving to attack like none of te other i think can even do it was very subltel but the best in the world dont have that little trick up their sleves!!@!!! in one pul; away he smoke any one else!

  • who could dare cut this up we dont know where he is coming from for example is he able to have accesed internet or a recordpalyer in his life time? we dont know or well i dont...it is right at the oout set as beautiful as any and with subtle fingering that all night i have yet to see on other youtued up versions...i do like my canon a bit slower bbut this in a second hit me as unioque

    pqrdon me i cant typ-e!

  • i learned sometihng and i cant believe some one would critque that which he taught the palying when not palying is for masters!

  • Flawless technique. Damn dude brought a tear to my eyes..

  • He's VietNamese

  • nice interpretation, good tone.

  • @DanUSC818 Nah....as my guitar teacher used to tell me, a version like this isn't very "musical," meaning that there isn't much of the person put into the song. Bends, changes in tempo, changes in tone and volume - all add character and a personal touch to the song.

  • he play so fast

  • le tempo est trop vitte mais le guitariste est bon

  • I love this interpretation. I like the way he assertively strums the accompaniment while simultaneously picking the melody line. It inspires me even more to want to learn this song. Wish I hadn't been ignoring my guitar for so many years..

Regarding playing it too fast, I think some people once they know the song really well have a tendency to want to play it faster. Call it being a show off if you want. I think the piece a beautiful played slow or fast as long as it is played well.

  • @DanUSC818 I like the version but I think it would sound better if he slowed down some. I would

very much like to hear the same version slower. It just seems rushed. He plays it very well. Just slow down.

  • @DanUSC818 Theres different interpretations, and then there is rushing a song. Too fast...

  • thay oi, thay day cho con bai nay di thay!!

  • This version is transcribed by Dennis Burns and edited by Ken Keaton. Good job, sounds nice. With this version at 2:03 - 2:07 I always thought it sounded alittle like "Jolly old St. Nicholas"

  • Hello, beautiful song ... could you send me the tablature for a message please ... I would appreciate it very much

  • muy rapida , esta cancion hay que sentirla

  • to fast!

slow down it will be better ;D

  • master of forgetting the a riff at 0:53 deep. plaus as soon as he starts playing the "popular" part of the song he screws it all up... wtf. i was expecting more, ths is the best version of the song. and i wouldnt talk shit if i couldnt play it better myself, and i dont take lessons, or teach pupils or none of that jazz, so WTF?~

  • ur playing too fast, i can't feel the song if its too fast...

  • oh my god... is this master Huỳnh Hữu Đoan? He was my teacher. Simply amazing player...

  • excellent!

played like the virtuoso that he is.

can u share or sell the music score?

    thank you.

  • he plays it too fast

  • @jbeh07 He most probably know how fast he played it, i guess he chosed to play it at this tempo.

  • @jbeh07 Idiot, the man knows more about music than you ever will. The tempo is up to him as he is the solo artist. Additionally, those who says he has no emotion or feel are completely wrong, his tone is sensational and his change of pace through the phases make it more human than ever.

  • @jbeh07 And even if you don't like it who cares? I play music because i enjoy it, if it makes others feel something then great, but at the end of the da y, you play music to release whats inside of you, and i think few can debate that this man feels nothing when he plays this song.

  • Johann Pachelbel (1653-1706)- this transcription is taken from "Canon and Gigue in D" originally written for 3 violins and basso continuo".

  • HAHA its amazing

and his son and student are also here~

  • He was my teacher in Vietnam

  • beautifull...T.T someday...I play the guitar like you
