@superacer1 well Fox is very finicky. They didn't like the word phoque because it sounds too much like fuck/fucking. Adult swim since it is on much later they don't need to worry about "younger" viewers because most are in bed by then.

There's an alternate scene where he draws a "gay seal" and Joe says "Big Gay Phoque?" and he responds, "Yeah, big gay phoque". Phoque is pronounced like the F-word, Fuck...but was kept out of the Fox release (though was aired on Adult Swim two weeks later).
