okay guys, Gaz was killed in cod 4. I think he should have got shot in the face and recovered from his wounds, and then he turns into ghost to hide his facial scar! and they shouldn't have killed Ghost off. They should have killed Price in mw2 and made it soaps revenge to kill Makarov, Price is old.
