@Antrizzle2009 norther italy has a very diverse cusine......in milan and torino and bologna they eat like the southerners.....but way up in aosta and bolzano and friuli they eat lots of polenta(corn meal) with stews and different types of risotto and wurstel (hot dogs) ......its almost german style.....in the south they eat the best....linguini with clams, lasagna. porchetta, pasta with tuna, meat balls, different types of fish etc etc etc....
