  • é isso mesmo xD

  • o teu years..

  • tu dás cabo de mim, Afonso xDD

  • tell that to the talibans and bin laden

  • only the dead have seen the end of war

  • You have a mental set like tha Miss of Universe. LOL

  • you cant stop war, there will always be war. some people might want to stop it while other will just cause it (al quaeda). and its not easy to just give food to everyone. food needs money and right now we're in a ressesion

  • And how does food need money? We´ve had food a lot longer then money, brah. In 1960 the world had half the population is has today, and since then we´re producing close to 4 times as much food. Still, there are 3 times as many starving people today. Large enterprises dumps thousands of tonnes of food each year to keep the marked value up.

Furthermore, what war did Al´Quaida start again?

  • what about shipment costs and plantations etc. if the country or the soil in the country isnt healthy enough to grow their own food then it'll be shipped and even though it doesn't, food requires resources like plantations, equipment and energy if certain countrys dont have good weather conditions. so yh food does need money

  • Wow, you really only read the first line in my post and responded to that.

We produce enough food to supply the world. It´s really a matter of distribution. That is problematic, and it would be easier to develop countries into independence. Americans consume on average 4000 kcal a day, Zimbabwe only 300 kcal.

Food production requires investment and savings, not money of itself. And you´re in a recession, not everybody else.

  • ???? wtf. ok please tell me how you 'distribute'. you said its a matter of distribution so how do you distribute??? and you didn't read my comment, you said it would be better to develop countries into independence but i first said what if they cant be independent at least not immediately. they might need a push start and they may need money to buy or build certain things to produce food.

  • why do charities like oxfam give money to 3rd world countries to get clean water, why dont 3rd world countries just invest and save for their own free water? its not always easy to JUST invest and save.

so it does require money itself. and i'm from the UK and everytime i turn on the TV i see someone say 'we're in a recession' so yh we're as in a country is in a recession. and i'm pretty sure your from the US and last time i checked your in a recession too. n stop giving me bullshit stats.

  • i know this is another reply but in your first reply you asked how does food need money and then gave me stupidass stats. now when your arguing you should have summarised or concluded what you were saying and what you were getting at. i might not be smart enough to translate your comment myself or i might translate wrong. please re-read your comments before replying. so yh i just read the first line of your post

  • Can´t you just read my comment? No, I am not American, but that wasn´t my point either. Point is a recession matters little to the rural producers in these starving countries, as their wage is through their total production.

And, no, it´s not as easy as JUST invest and save, and I am not arguing against aid. What I am saying is that we can´t just give food away, because one needs a self-sustaining economy. We don´t need money for the food, because we already have it.

  • damn you are ridiculousy stupid. first our intial argument was wether food needs money. you said no, i said yes. you basically said food doesnt need money, we produce enough food to supply the world and that its a matter a distribution. now wtf do you mean distribution, please tell me cuz i'm confused. also you said food requires investment and savings, by who? plz answer me that cuz i'm not sure you understand what you're saying. you dont read my comments you just jump from one thing to another

  • Wow, that is some ad hominum. Please refrain from those. To distribute is an English expression that means divide among many, or to spread out. In order to produce food you need to invest your savings to increase your next production. I really haven´t been saying anything other than this, I can´t help your confusion.

  • exactly now who should distribute? western countries or 3rd world countries? well from your previous comments i'm assuming ur saying 3rd world countries cuz i said western countries should help 3rd world countries through MONEY and you said we should develop them into independence. now what if a country cant help themselves for various reasons maybe their enviroment or government isnt good therefore western countries should help them with what? MONEY sooo FOOD NEEDS MONEY! OUR INITIAL ARGUMENT

  • 2nd you talked about investing and saving now as i asked, who should do that? 3rd world countries or western countries? if it was easy to invest and save dont u think 3rd world countries would have done that already? that hasn't happened, why? cuz of many reasons, one being that some goverments are corrupt. now if you meant western countries then your an idiot cuz investing and saving=MONEY soooo therefore FOOD NEEDS MONEY!! OUR INITIAL ARGUMENT. about recession, plz research Wall Street Crash!

  • I´m sorry, you´ve got some reading to do. Read up on development theories if you this interests you. I can only tell you so much. We produce enough food for the world to be supplied, just unequally distributed. Investing and saving is a vital part in a self-sustaining economy, thus the producers and manufacturers should do this. No, I know many 3rd world countries have yet to do that. And sprouting money into a broken infrastructure does not help.
