this is using the ep where they played the pc geek club thing at their school for some pcs for the SOS Brigade... or the 'contest' as the head of the guys yelled and got kicked by Haruhi for it... they played this game for the contest

Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu is the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya in original japanese. As for this, I think it's a parody.
