I agree, what is that cat doing there?? Let him out!! As to the milk, I've had a lot of cats who enjoyed a bit of milk or half n' half as a treat. It didn't make them sick at all, and they loved it, so I guess it's a matter of personal taste for the cats. I had a cat who loved raw chicken livers. These days I have one cat who will mug us for a piece of shrimp, and another who has no use for it whatsoever.

Hang on. This isn't the American documentary from 1999 called "The Secret Life of Cats". It's a British documetary about cats that I can't quite place with an American overdub. I've just watched the 1999 film online at something called 'snagfilms' and it's not the same. This is an excellent documentary and I'm grateful for it, but the fact that all the footage was all clearly shot in the UK, that's a bit of a giveaway. So does anyone know what this really is?

Cats are great companions. They've done studies on how cats can improve blood pressure and depression. I've always felt that it takes more to truly earn a cat's respect.
